The Frost Memorial Fund was created by the late Barbara V. and Benson R. Frost, Jr. It was their intention to provide support for civic and charitable endeavors, primarily in the Village and Town of Rhinebeck, through grants to eligible public charities organized and operated exclusively for religious, charitable, scientific, literary or educational purposes. Barbara and Benson Frost spent a great part of their lives saving and preparing to leave their estates for the benefit of the community they loved. The Directors are proud to carry out this mission and encourage others to join in the spirit of helping our local organizations realize their full potential.
